We are not a party to any transaction. All negotiations, payments, and delivery arrangements are conducted independently between the buyer and the seller via third-party communication channels, primarily WhatsApp.

As a user of this platform, you agree to the following rules of conduct:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account and listing products.
• Prohibited Items: You may not list or sell illegal, counterfeit, hazardous, or heavily regulated items.
• Respectful Communication: You agree to interact with other users and vendors respectfully. Harassment, spam, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Because Nemesis Tech does not oversee the actual transaction or handle the physical goods, we cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised. Therefore:

• No Warranties: The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the reliability of vendors or the condition of the products sold.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding payments, faulty goods, or undelivered items must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller. Nemesis Tech and Osgood Achiaw Tawiah shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or financial dispute arising from transactions initiated through the platform.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user or vendor who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or compromises the integrity of the platform. We may remove any product listing at our sole discretion without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The code, design, branding, and original content of the Obuasi Market application are the exclusive intellectual property of Nemesis Tech. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our software without explicit permission.
